So after getting internet service I started Steam. If you don't know what that it is it is an online service for computer games that you purchase. After I logged into my account I received a message that since I last logged on with this computer that my account had been accessed from three other locations. One was from Ukraine and the other two were from the Federation of Russia. Is that creepy or what?

Yeah it would freak me out. But worse, you have been hacked apparently.

Not necessarily. They could have just hacked Steam and retrieved username's and passwords. Alternatively, they could have hacked my computer or I accidentally downloaded a key logger or something. I know at the time they accessed Steam they did not access my computer because it was offline. Norton says I'm secure, but it does make me a little paranoid. Steam does have some financial information of mine. But my Steam is set up now so that only this computer can access the account even if they have login information, which I have also changed.

My wife has had her Facebook account hacked into several times. We suspect it was from a related game site zynga that has Farmville and all that other junk. It did get into one of her Credit card accounts and a purchase for a cell phone was made in Nigeria on her card.Fortunately that was caught fast and the card cancelled before any other charges were made.
